Under this scheme, a contract is drawn up between the client and ENCAMESA to manufacture any article according to the client's specifications. The customer supplies the raw material, packaging material and equipment. ENCAMESA provides direct and indirect labor for the entire process of product manufacturing; also coordinating the import and export process.
In this modality, a contract is drawn up in which the client maintains all control over the operation in Mexico, that is, its productivity and knowing in detail the costs involved. ENCAMESA provides all administrative support by billing fees for such service and for all expenses related to the operation.
This option is managed with an agreement in which ENCAMESA is responsible for storing and maintaining inventory control, being in continuous communication with the customer. It is billed based on space and load movements.
